IHG Hotels at Dubai Festival City is bringing Halloween celebrations to two of its dining venues this October, with a family brunch at Sirocco, Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City, followed by a Halloween dinner at Anise, InterContinental Dubai Festival City. The programme combines themed activities for children with international dining, offering families and friends two occasions to celebrate during the month.

A Spooktacular Big Toys Brunch at Sirocco
Sirocco’s Big Toys Brunch has taken on a Halloween theme this October, bringing together games, children’s activities and a buffet for the whole family in partnership with Toys“R”Us.
Guests were invited to dress in their favourite Halloween costumes for an afternoon that combined family dining with activities for younger visitors. The brunch has offered an early start to the month’s celebrations at Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City.
A Spooktacular Feast at Anise
On Halloween night, Anise will serve an international dinner across eight live cooking stations, with dishes created for the occasion.
Guests can explore global flavours, from fiery grills to Halloween-inspired desserts, as the restaurant’s culinary team brings a seasonal twist to the buffet. The evening offers families and friends a dining celebration at InterContinental Dubai Festival City to round off October.
