Bringing together a contemporary setting, a menu of Italian-inspired favourites and a relaxed approach to dining, the restaurant offers a new spot for everything from casual lunches to evenings spent catching up over pizza and drinks.
At the heart of True Slice is a menu that combines familiar favourites with distinctive combinations. Signature pizzas include the Tartufo, topped with mushrooms, smoked cheese, Parmesan and fresh truffle, and the Burrata Verde, featuring yellow tomato sauce, fresh burrata, confit tomato, olives, basil and capers. The Gambero brings together prawns, basil pesto and pickled jalapeño, while the Margherita ‘True Slice’ offers a classic combination of San Marzano tomato, Fior di Latte, Parmesan and basil.
Beyond pizza, guests can explore a selection of small plates and salads, including Truffle Arancini with aged Parmesan and black pepper aioli, Apulian Burrata with confit heirloom tomato and basil oil, and Calamari served with lemon mayo. The menu also features grain bowls, offering options such as the Vegan Power Bowl and Warm Organic Salmon Bowl.
The experience extends to a beverage selection that includes crafted mocktails, signature lattes, and matcha creations. From the refreshing Lemon Basil Fizz and Lychee Bloom to the Golden Saffron Matcha Latte, the drinks menu brings its own character to the table. Desserts offer a final indulgence, with the Pistachio Ice Cream combining kunafa and caramelised pistachios, alongside chocolate profiterolles and classic tiramisu.
And because good pizza is always better shared, True Slice is giving first-time guests an extra reason to stop by. Every Friday evening, from 6 November to 4 December 2026, first-time diners can enjoy an extra pizza on the house when ordering a pizza.
