As the UAE accelerates investment in national talent, future skills and workforce transformation, Ru’ya 2026 will bring together government entities, educators and leading employers to help prepare Emiratis for the opportunities shaping tomorrow’s economy.
Over successive editions, Ru’ya has grown into a leading platform for Emirati talent development, equipping students, graduates, entrepreneurs and professionals with the knowledge, professional network and practical experience needed to succeed in today’s labour market.
Bringing together thousands of career opportunities across 23 industries, Ru’ya reflects the breadth of the UAE’s economy, from government, banking and finance, healthcare and education to emerging industries.
Supported by partners, including Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR), Emirati Human Resources Development Council, Federal Youth Authority and the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), alongside Gold Sponsor Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), the event continues to strengthen collaboration between government, education and industry while helping shape the nation’s future workforce.
For 25 years, Ru’ya has grown from a careers exhibition into a national platform aligned with the UAE’s ambitions to empower human resources and advance Emiratisation, future skills, entrepreneurship and lifelong career development.
With 150 public and private sector organisations expected to participate, Ru’ya will enable participants to engage directly with employers and explore career opportunities across key sectors of the UAE economy.

Ru’ya 2026 has been designed to support nationals throughout every stage of their professional journey, from school and university students exploring their future options to graduates entering the workforce and experienced professionals seeking to develop their skills and progress into leadership roles.

It is achieved by introducing school and university students to emerging industries, in-demand skills and career possibilities, helping them make informed decisions about their education and professional development while inspiring them to explore the broad range of careers available across the UAE’s evolving economy.
Interactive Experiences Shaping the Future Workforce
Ru’ya 2026 will feature a portfolio of programmes, challenges and talent development initiatives spanning innovation, entrepreneurship, sustainability, future technologies, media and career development.
One of the event’s key features is ‘Get Hired,’ a dedicated platform where employers can connect with shortlisted Emirati candidates and conduct on-site interviews, providing visitors with quick and direct access to available career opportunities across a wide range of sectors.
Interactive challenges and talent development programmes will encourage participants to explore innovation, entrepreneurship, sustainability, STEM, media and future technologies through practical, real-world experiences. Delivered with partners, including the Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation (DIDI), the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment (MOCCAE), Rubu’ Qarn, the UAE Space Agency and Dubai Media Incorporated (DMI), these initiatives encourage creativity, strengthen practical experience and inspire the next generation of Emirati innovators and entrepreneurs.
A dedicated Podcast Studio, produced in collaboration with Dubai Media Incorporated (DMI), will host conversations with policymakers, employers, entrepreneurs and industry experts, exploring the future of work, entrepreneurship and the trends shaping tomorrow’s economy. The content will extend Ru’ya’s impact beyond the three-day event, creating year-round conversations around national talent development and the future of Emirati careers.
