Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development (KFED) is participating in the inaugural edition of the Al Ain Dates Festival, held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in the Al Ain Region, from 25 to 31 July 2026 at Al Sarooj Park in Al Ain. Organised by the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority, KFED’s participation reflects its ongoing efforts to empower Emirati enterprises and strengthen their growth and competitiveness through specialised economic and heritage events.
KFED’s pavilion provides participating enterprises with an opportunity to showcase their products and services, engage directly with consumers, and build new relationships and partnerships, helping them expand the scope of their businesses and explore new growth opportunities.
The pavilion features 11 Emirati small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) representing a diverse range of sectors, including food and beverages, date products, agricultural technologies, artificial intelligence, honey and natural products, handicrafts and creative industries, home products, and photography services. This reflects the diversity of Emirati enterprises and their ability to deliver innovative products and solutions that respond to evolving market needs.
The participating enterprises include ‘THRIVE,’ specialising in specialty coffee and date-inspired products; Ain by ‘TYAR,’ providing smart agriculture and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions; ‘Novella Ice Cream,’ producing premium-quality ice cream; ‘Al Nahll Al Emrati,’ specialising in honey and natural products; ‘By Al Meth,’ offering handcrafted products and heritage-inspired phone cases and handbags; ‘Nawa Artificial Intelligence,’ providing smart farm management, irrigation and fertilisation solutions; ‘Rashtions Sweets Trading,’ offering date products and Emirati sweets; ‘Nuwa,’ producing dates and sweets through a vision that blends heritage with contemporary culture; ‘Fasola Boutique,’ offering modern home and tableware products; ‘ABK Photography,’ providing professional photography services; and ‘Mister Coffee,’ specialising in Arabic and specialty coffee.
Located at Stand No. 8, the KFED pavilion welcomes festival visitors to discover the products and innovations of participating Emirati enterprises, meet entrepreneurs, and learn more about a selection of enterprises supported by the Fund across a wide range of sectors. The pavilion highlights the ability of Emirati entrepreneurs to develop innovative products and services rooted in local resources and national identity while meeting evolving market demands.
KFED’s participation in both the Liwa Dates Festival and the Al Ain Dates Festival reflects its commitment to strengthening the presence of Emirati enterprises across major events in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, promoting local products and innovations, enhancing the readiness of Emirati enterprises for growth and expansion, strengthening their market presence, and reinforcing their role in supporting the diversification of the national economy.
