For the Baby Lemmings, the whole world is a playground, and there’s nothing better than sharing this life philosophy with whoever needs its in the Canadian forest. When you see life from the Lemmings side, you can overcome any difficulty and have a whole lot of fun while doing so!
At the heart of the series are the Baby Lemmings and their forest friends, each bringing their own unique personality to the wilderness:
- Baby Lemmings– Curious, joyful, innocent and never tired, the Baby Lemmings see the world as a party filled with wonder, turning every moment into a new game even when things get tricky for their forest neighbours.
- Baby Chipmunk– Fiercely individualistic and obsessed with hoarding hazelnuts, Baby Chipmunk refuses to share anything, not realising yet that true happiness comes from being useful to others rather than owning everything.
- Baby Moose– Baby Moose treats every new sight and sound as potential danger, constantly panicking in an effort to feel safe, though curiosity could show him that the world is full of wonderful things to enjoy.
- Baby Beaver– A determined builder prone to dramatic, over-the-top tantrums when things don’t go his way, Baby Beaver slowly learns that adding joy and humour to his work makes everything feel lighter.
- Baby Lynx– Hyperactive and competitive, Baby Lynx constantly tries to outdo the Baby Lemmings but often gets into trouble because she rushes instead of working with others – a lesson she’s still learning.
- Baby Raccoon– A tidy-obsessed little cleaner who wishes the whole forest were spotless, Baby Raccoon discovers through the Baby Lemmings that life (and fun) can be wonderfully messy.
- Baby Owl– Longing for quiet daytime sleep in her tree-hole home, Baby Owl’s clumsy attempts to communicate with the noisy Baby Lemmings often escalate misunderstandings, though a little patience would make everything fall into place.
Together, these lovable characters embody the show’s playful spirit, and their world is shaped by a talented creative team who craft each adventure with warmth, humour and cinematic flair.
Executive produced by Hari Productions and brought to life by the animation team at Hari Studios, Baby Lemmings embodies the studio’s signature storytelling craft.
Directed by Victor Moulin, Cédric Lachenaud, Camille Scarella, Agathe Marmion, and Olivier Brugnoli, Baby Lemmings features 78 x 7’ episodes, delivering all lovingly crafted adventures in vibrant 3D animation. Likewise, the series brings Hari’s signature energy and visual comedy to younger audiences through creation by Antoine Rodelet and Josselin Charier, with character design by Bertrand Gatignol and art direction by Constance David.
