Observatory Lounge at Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites will host its first ever 4 Hands Dinner on Saturday, 27 June, featuring its resident Head Chef, Daniel Gallo, alongside Dubai presenter, producer and media personality Layne Redman for Harbour Heat. The one-night-only culinary takeover will bring together South American and Caribbean influences through a selection of canapés and a specially curated set menu, marking a first-of-its-kind dining experience for the venue.
Set against panoramic views of Dubai Marina, Observatory Lounge has become known for its distinctive blend of Asian cuisine and Latin American flavors. Harbour Heat builds on that foundation, introducing Caribbean influences to the venue for the first time through a menu inspired by the dishes, ingredients and traditions that have shaped both collaborators.
Guests will begin the evening with a selection of canapés before sitting down to a specially curated set menu featuring dishes such as Salt Fish Fritters, Curry Goat Arepa and Jamaican Pepper Steak Combining vibrant ingredients, smoky spices and bold flavors, the menu celebrates the shared spirit of two cultures known for bringing people together through food.
A DJ-led soundtrack of reggae and dancehall will accompany the evening, adding another layer to the Caribbean influences woven throughout Harbour Heat and helping set the tone for a lively and memorable night.
With limited seats available, Harbour Heat offers guests the opportunity to experience a unique collaboration between Chef Daniel Gallo and media icon, Layne Redman, brought to life through food, music and culture.
