This summer, InterContinental Hotels at Dubai Festival City is bringing football fans closer to the action with two dedicated matchday experiences created for World Cup 2026, running until 19 July 2026.
From daily match screenings at Belgian Cafe Dubai Festival City to The Matchday Escape staycation package at InterContinental Dubai Festival City and Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City, guests can enjoy the excitement of the season through live football screenings, special match-time menus, beverage deals, giveaways, dining credit, and spa benefits.

Running until 19 July 2026, Belgian Cafe Dubai Festival City will host daily match screenings, offering guests a lively setting to follow the games throughout the tournament. The outlet will feature a special match-time menu and special deals on beverages, alongside venue-based and online contests and giveaways in association with African+Eastern.
For guests looking to extend the experience, The Matchday Escape staycation package includes a night stay at InterContinental Dubai Festival City or Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City, with access to live screening of the football matches at Belgian Cafe Dubai Festival City or Joe’s Backyard Dubai Festival City. With rates starting at AED 400++ per night for two adults, the package also includes AED 250 credit per room, which can be spent in outlet, and AED 200 SPA InterContinental credit per room for a massage or facial of choice.
Designed as a complete matchday staycation, The Matchday Escape combines a hotel stay with live football screenings, outlet credit, and a SPA InterContinental benefit, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy the season at Dubai Festival City without leaving the destination.
