Union Pledge Day holds a special place in our national memory, as it marks the historic milestone that laid the foundation for the establishment of the United Arab Emirates. On this occasion, we recall the historic meeting at which the Founding Father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and his brothers, the Rulers of the Emirates, may Allah rest their souls, gathered to sign the Declaration of the Union and the UAE Constitution.
