This summer, beat the heat and turn up the flavor with our brunch at Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront. Stay cool this summer in our fully air-conditioned terrace tent — the perfect way to enjoy the outdoor vibes without the summer heat.
Every Saturday from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM, guests can enjoy an immersive brunch experience featuring interactive food stations, live fire cooking, and handcrafted cocktails, all set against stunning views of the Dubai Canal and Downtown skyline.
The Brunch Experience
The reimagined menu brings Southern classics to life with a modern twist across three dining moments designed for sharing. Guests can start with table-served small plates and seafood on ice, including favourites such as salmon tostada, smoked chicken croquettes, FireLake fried chicken, and Dibba Bay oysters.
The experience continues at the live fire BBQ and wood oven grill, where chefs prepare premium cuts and specialties in front of guests. Highlights include Wagyu steak frites, grilled lamb chops, Cajun chicken skewers, king prawns, BBQ snapper, and the signature FireLake smash burger.
To finish, indulge in decadent desserts served to the table, from classic Deep South beignets to chocolate cremeux and lemon ice cream sandwiches.

Brunch is complemented by Southern-inspired cocktails and live drinks stations, including an oyster cart, Aperol cart, and interactive cocktail counters. Signature serves feature favourites such as a Southside Mojito, Whisky Sour, Deep South Lemonade, Espresso Martini, and refreshing watermelon coolers.
Premium packages include prosecco, Aperol Spritz, and elevated signature cocktails, with the option to extend the party until 6 PM for AED 175.
Entertainment
The atmosphere comes alive with a live singer, DJ, and saxophonist, creating the perfect soundtrack for an afternoon of flavour, rhythm, and Southern charm.
