Drawing inspiration from the rich flavours of Awadh, Rajasthan, and Hyderabad, the limited-time menu showcases aromatic slow-cooked curries, bold spice blends, and timeless regional recipes. Guests can enjoy signature dishes such as Gosht Rezala, Murgh Begum Bahar, and Machhli Jaisamandi, alongside comforting classics like Maa Channe Ki Dal and freshly baked traditional breads including Missi Roti and Khameeri Naan. The experience begins with flavourful chaat selections such as Nadru Ki Chaat, setting the tone for a festive feast designed for sharing.
Marking the start of Mausam’s new month-by-month culinary journey celebrating India’s diverse regional cuisines, the series will spotlight a different region’s flavours, culture, and traditions with each edition.
