Located 442 metres above the city on the 122nd floor of the Burj Khalifa, At.mosphere brings its Dubai Restaurant Week menu, part of the citywide dining programme organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), part of Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), to a setting overlooking the Dubai skyline and Arabian Gulf. Floor-to-ceiling glass frames the room, as the city transitions from day to night and the horizon holding steady in the distance.
At the table, the set menu unfolds in a concise sequence of signatures guests can choose from, beginning with chicken yakitori skewers and tuna tartare with ponzu, followed by seabream a la plancha, spatchcock baby chicken with tandoori épices, and truffle risotto. It closes with orange blossom crème brûlée or the At.mosphere Extravaganza, each course arriving in a measured rhythm, allowing the setting to remain as much a part of the experience as the plate itself, with Dubai stretching on beyond the glass, uninterrupted to the last course.
For Dubai Restaurant Week, At.mosphere offers diners a limited-time opportunity to experience one of the city’s most iconic dining destinations atop the world’s tallest tower.
