Artificial intelligence is moving from conversation to practical use across the global events industry. Founded by Leo Tchennozian, Rayad Mghames and Joe Zakhour, the company began in Lebanon with the belief that technology developed locally can compete internationally. That belief now extends to work connected to Dubai, Miami and Montreal, giving Blend experience across different audiences, regulations, payment expectations and venue environments.
“The next generation of events will be powered by AI, but the experience still has to feel human,” said Leo Tchennozian, co-founder and CEO of Blend. “We started in Lebanon, where you learn to build with speed, adapt to complexity and stay close to the people using the product. Our goal is to take that mindset into international markets and build technology that organizers can rely on.”
The company is also preparing for a busy calendar of Christmas events, conferences, festivals and international shows. These formats vary in size and character, but they share the same operational pressure: tickets must move, payments must work, guests need clear communication and access has to remain fast and controlled.
Blend sees artificial intelligence as a practical layer within event management, not as a replacement for experienced teams. Used well, it can help organizers identify patterns, understand performance and make better decisions. The technology handles complexity in the background so teams can focus on the event taking place in front of them.
For Blend, international expansion is also a statement about where technology can come from. The company started in Lebanon, was shaped by Lebanese founders and is now building for organizers across the GCC, the United States, Canada and the wider global events market.
