December 31 | New Year’s Eve Above Manhattan
The celebrations begin with an elegant afternoon tea by Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, served in The Mark Penthouse with delicate savoury sandwiches, freshly baked scones and an assortment of exquisite pastries.
As evening falls, the Penthouse transforms into a glamorous setting for a Caviar Kaspia-themed dinner, complete with Champagne, caviar and live piano music in the grand living room. A private DJ then takes over as the evening builds towards the countdown.
At midnight, the celebrations move to the Penthouse’s private rooftop terrace, where guests can glide across their very own skating rink, cocktails in hand, while fireworks illuminate the Manhattan skyline. The party continues in the Penthouse ballroom well into the early hours, with a special 2:00 a.m. delivery of Jean-Georges’ signature Black Truffle Pizza ensuring the first indulgence of 2027 is just as memorable as the last of 2026.
January 1 | A New Year of Wellness, Art and Indulgence

The day begins with a Jean-Georges power breakfast, followed by an optional workout in the Penthouse’s private Technogym. For those feeling adventurous, a bracing cold plunge on the private terrace offers a refreshing start to the year.
