Beirut, Lebanon – Marking a decade of dedication to health, beauty and wellbeing, Drugstore Baabda celebrated its 10th anniversary with a special day-long event at its premises in Baabda–Fiyadieh, bringing together loyal customers, partners, digital creators, friends and members of the local community.
Held under the message “10 Years of Trust. A Lifetime of Care,” the celebration highlighted a journey that began in 2016 and has since grown into a trusted destination for cosmetics, skincare, wellbeing products and everyday essentials, combining a diverse selection of products with professional guidance and personalized customer service. Coinciding with World Pharmacists Day, the anniversary carried particular significance, reflecting Drugstore Baabda’s commitment to professional care, customer trust and the important role of pharmacists in promoting health and wellbeing.
Throughout the day, visitors enjoyed an engaging atmosphere featuring exclusive anniversary discounts and special offers across cosmetics, skincare, electronics and grocery products, alongside giveaways, an interactive spin-the-wheel activity, live music, refreshments, a coffee station and the traditional anniversary cake. The celebration was hosted by Dr. Rita Gemayel Chaoul, Pharmacist, Founder and CEO of Drugstore Baabda and Drugstore Online, alongside the entire Drugstore team, who personally welcomed customers and guests, reflecting the close relationships the brand has cultivated with its community over the past ten years. One of the highlights of the occasion was a special recognition ceremony honoring employees who have been part of Drugstore Baabda since its establishment, in appreciation of their dedication, loyalty and contribution to its continued success.
Trophies were also presented to some of the store’s most loyal customers, acknowledging the trust and lasting relationships that have shaped its journey. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Rita Gemayel Chaoul emphasized that the anniversary represents much more than a business milestone. “Celebrating ten years is much more than marking an anniversary. It is celebrating the trust we have earned, the relationships we have built, and the responsibility we embrace every day,” she said. “Our journey has always been guided by a commitment to putting people first, offering quality products and professional advice, and continuously improving the experience we provide to our customers. This milestone belongs to our loyal customers, our dedicated team and all our partners who have supported us throughout the years. We look forward to the next chapter with the same passion and an even stronger commitment to health, beauty and wellbeing,” she added. Over the past decade, Drugstore Baabda has continued to strengthen its presence within the Baabda community and surrounding areas, establishing itself as a destination where beauty, wellbeing and everyday needs come together under one roof.
Building on this foundation, the company has also expanded its reach through Drugstore Online (www.drugstoreonline.me), complementing its physical store with a digital shopping experience designed to offer customers greater accessibility, convenience and a stronger connection with the brand. As Drugstore Baabda enters its second decade, the anniversary stands as both a celebration of its achievements and a renewed commitment to the values that have defined its success: trust, quality, professional expertise and genuine care for its customers. A decade of trust. A promise for tomorrow. With gratitude to its customers, employees and partners, Drugstore Baabda looks ahead to a new chapter of growth and innovation, remaining faithful to its mission of placing people, their health, beauty and wellbeing at the heart of everything it does.
