Our coastal New Year’s Eve is shaped by the essence of the Riviera and a festive, high energy spirit. The evening begins with jazz drifting through the last light of the year, leading into a curated five course dinner served in a warm, candlelit seaside ambiance.
As midnight approaches, the live band brings French classics to life before everyone gathers for a sparkling toast framed by the glow of the shoreline. The rhythm rises with a French house set from resident DJ Robin. Soft drink and premium drink set menus are served until 11:30PM, followed by an à la carte offering that lets the night flow naturally into the first moments of the year ahead
