Panasonic Electric Works Middle East & Africa (PEWMEA), a division of Panasonic Marketing Middle East and Africa FZE (PMMAF), successfully concluded its participation in the 2025 KSA Stakeholder Gathering (Hospitality and Real Estate Edition), which took place recently at the Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences. The event served as a significant platform for Panasonic to showcase its cutting-edge Fire Alarm Systems, featuring a comprehensive suite of intelligent solutions in Fire Detection and Early Warning Systems. This in line with the brand’s commitment to elevate the safety standards in the Kingdom’s booming hospitality industry.

Leveraging decades of Japanese engineering excellence and continuous innovation in fire alarm systems., Panasonic offers a comprehensive portfolio of fire protection and safety products that meet the highest quality standards in the world.  These solutions are proven under the most critical and difficult conditions in many different application areas to deliver the reliability, scalability, and peace of mind that hotel operators and guests alike demand.

“Saudi Arabia’s hospitality industry is experiencing unprecedented growth, fuelled by ambitious government initiatives and substantial infrastructure investments.  With positive prospects predicted for the local market, it is paramount that businesses enhance their fire safety strategies to rapidly scale and gain competitive advantage,” stated Eiji Ito, Managing Director, PEWMEA.  “Panasonic, backed by over 40 years of Japanese innovation and high-quality craftmanship in AI-powered fire detection, is ideally positioned to support the Kingdom’s vision for socio-economic transformation.  Our complete, reliable and easily scalable systems are backed by a global track record and strong R&D commitment focused on developing technologies suited to the specific needs of our local customers.”

PEWMEA Sales Director Sudesh Unni underscored the superior technological heritage of Panasonic’s fire alarm systems, stating: “Panasonic has a deep-rooted history of delivering exceptional products and solutions adhering to the highest quality standards. Our range of smart fire alarm systems ensures effective and reliable performance that meets the stringent demands of the hospitality industry. Panasonic’s dedication to providing innovative solutions not only supports businesses in achieving operational excellence and sustainability, but also contributes to the overall advancement and evolution of the industry.”

Groundbreaking solutions in Fire Detection and Early Warning System took center stage in Panasonic’s showcase, among them:

    • EBL512 G3 & EBLOne Systems – Powerful and Reliable Control Panels and Indicating Units.  Powerful and flexible, the EBL512 G3 stands as Panasonic’s third-generation intelligent addressable fire alarm system, which offers a unique early detection capability with its four COM loops and support for up to 1012 addresses. Its AI-driven detection technology allows each detector to adapt individually to its environment, ensuring early, safe, and reliable fire detection even in the most critical environments and for unique assets.  On the other hand, the EBLOne control unit provides a state-of-the-art fire alarm technology ideal for small and medium-sized businesses requiring a one-loop system. It offers secure remote monitoring and operation capabilities and can be seamlessly integrated with building management systems via an optional Gateway.

    • Detectors with Artificial Intelligence & Unique Learning Function – Panasonic’s detection technology incorporates Artificial Intelligence, enabling a unique learning function. Through constant environmental analysis, these detectors automatically select the most suitable VdS-approved detection algorithm based on extensive sensor data, effectively eliminating the influence of short disturbances and ensuring optimal detection performance from installation onwards.

    • Fully Integrated Addressable Emergency/Adaptive Exit Lights for Safer & Smarter Evacuations – The brand offers a fully integrated system where addressable emergency and exit lights are connected to the same loop as the fire alarm system. This allows for individual control and monitoring of each luminaire. They are 24V powered for easy, cost-effective installation in any environment, while software-controlled adaptive lights dynamically guide evacuations away from danger.

    • Versatile Display Unit for Multifunctionalities – The display unit serves as a highly versatile platform designed with a completely redundant connection to the CIE, ensuring the highest level of security. This innovative platform offers multiple selectable functions for smoke control, repeater, fire brigade panel, and more.
