This September, Isabella Cucina Italiana celebrates Negroni Week with a dedicated menu of thirteen interpretations of the iconic Italian aperitivo, running from 21 to 27 September. The selection moves from classic serves to contemporary riffs, exploring different spirits, flavours and styles. At its centre is Sette Settimane (Seven Weeks in Oak), a single barrel aged batch rested seven weeks before the menu opened and poured only while it lasts.
The Originals features Il Conte (The Negroni), Prima Sera (Americano) and Bellissimo Sbaglio (Negroni Sbagliato), showcasing the foundations of the aperitivo tradition. For a change of spirit, Spirit Swaps brings Una Notte a Parigi (Boulevardier) with bourbon, Febbre Tropicale (Kingston Negroni) with aged Jamaican rum, and Fumo e Fuoco (Mezcal Negroni) with mezcal. The Drier & Lighter selection includes Il Cardinale (Cardinale) and Giardino Bianco (White Negroni), while Modern Riffs offers Cuore Amaro (Cynar Negroni) and Seta e Limone (Negroni Sour).
Rounding out the line-up, Casa Isabella gathers the house exclusives: Notte Italiana (Italian Night), built on Campari with a coffee and white chocolate infused aperitivo, and Arancia Ribelle (The Rebel Orange), made with orange peel infused gin, Campari and orange liqueur. Completing the collection is Sette Settimane (Seven Weeks in Oak), a barrel aged Negroni rested seven weeks in oak with barrel aged gin, Campari, sweet vermouth and orange oils,<span class="x_apple-converted-space“> available as a very limited batch.
Available exclusively from 21-27 September 2026, all thirteen cocktails are priced at AED 55 each, offering guests the chance to explore different expressions of the Negroni in the setting of Isabella Cucina Italiana.
