Against this backdrop, Michelin has officially unveiled the latest restaurant selection for The MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2026, along 4 special awards at the MICHELIN Guide Ceremony held today at Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau. This marks the 18th edition of the MICHELIN Guide in Hong Kong and Macau, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the MICHELIN Star globally.
The full selection of the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2026 features a total of 278 restaurants, including 219 restaurants in Hong Kong and 59 in Macau, across the MICHELIN Star, Bib Gourmand, and Selected categories. The MICHELIN Mentor Chef Award was presented for the first time in Hong Kong and Macau, China honouring those who share their knowledge to guide others toward excellence. Further reflecting the region’s ongoing commitment to the future of gastronomy, 5 restaurants retained their MICHELIN Green Star recognition.
