At Iftar, Anise presents a generous international buffet with a strong emphasis on Arabic and Levantine cuisine, complemented by rotating global flavours across eight live cooking stations. The experience is anchored by traditional Ramadan favourites, including ouzzi, freshly prepared charcoal kunafa, homemade Arabic sweets, live logaimat stations, Arabic coffee, and the serving of Zam Zam water.
