Bain & Company, the leading global management consultancy, will host the third edition of its Middle East Women Leadership Forum (WLF) in Riyadh on November 26–27, 2025. The forum will bring together an exceptional group of senior female executives from across high-profile public and private sector organizations representing a wide range of industries across the Kingdom.
Since its launch in 2022, the Women Leadership Forum has become a flagship initiative within Bain’s broader commitment to advancing diversity across the region. This year’s program will elevate the dialogue from inspiration to action, focused on helping participants translate purpose into measurable progress and shared leadership outcomes.
“Leadership today requires more than knowledge or experience; it calls for clarity of purpose and authenticity. Through WLF, we aim to create a space where women leaders can reflect, connect and build the capabilities needed to lead in complex times,” said Anne-Laure Malauzat, Partner and EMEA Head of Social Impact at Bain & Company.
The 2025 edition is designed to equip participants <a href="https://menainsights.com/celebrate-the-magic-of-christmas-with-skyline-views-and-exquisite-dining-at-oanjo/”>with the tools to define and live their purpose, strengthen their personal brand, and make empowered decisions that drive impact and resilience. Sessions will emphasize strengthening executive presence, cultivating strategic and financial acumen, leveraging innovation and technology for greater effectiveness, and aligning leadership behaviors with personal and organizational purpose.
Beyond capability-building, the forum will focus on expanding networks of trust and collaboration among the participants. Through guided dialogue and peer engagement, attendees will share real-world experiences, explore cross-sector opportunities, and contribute to shaping a collective vision for the next generation of female leadership in the region.
“The Women Leadership Forum continues to evolve as a platform that moves ideas into action. It’s about building the confidence and connectedness to make decisions that matter, for people, organizations, and the communities and ecosystems they influence,” added Lise Abi Jaoude, Associate Partner at Bain & Company.
To extend its impact beyond the event, Bain has developed a year-long engagement calendar to sustain dialogue and reinforce growth through ongoing coaching, capability sessions, and facilitated workshops. These will address topics such as purpose-led leadership, sustainable decision-making, and the effective integration of technology and AI, reflecting the firm’s focus on building lasting leadership capability.
“Our commitment is to empower female leaders to create lasting impact. We’re investing in the next generation of visionaries– leaders who think boldly, act with purpose, and elevate others as they rise. Equipped with the confidence and capability to make values-driven choices, we believe that we can together shape a more inclusive and resilient future,” said Jasmine Bala, Senior Manager at Bain & Company.
Following the Riyadh edition, Bain announced that the next in-person Women Leadership Forum will take place in Abu Dhabi in the first quarter of 2026, expanding the program’s reach and reinforcing Bain’s long-term vision to foster inclusive, purpose-led leadership across the GCC.
