Lavazza unveils its 2026 Calendar, Pleasure Makes Us Human, continuing the brand’s global narrative celebrating pleasure as a defining element of humanity. For the first time, the Calendar is presented to the public at Art Basel Miami Beach, reinforcing Lavazza’s long-standing relationship with art and photography.
This edition sees Lavazza entrust the creative direction to Armando Testa and collaborate with Alex Webb, one of the most influential contemporary photographers and a long-standing member of Magnum Photos. Known for his mastery of color, light, and layered compositions, Webb embarked on a personal “Grand Tour” across Italy, capturing authentic moments of everyday life that offer a modern interpretation of Italianness beyond stereotypes.
Through twelve photographs, along with a dedicated cover and back cover, the Calendar depicts scenes of conviviality, spontaneity, and shared rituals. Coffee plays a central role as a symbol of connection, creativity, and daily pleasure, woven naturally into moments of social interaction. With warm tones and vibrant compositions, the images reaffirm the Lavazza Calendar as a platform for contemporary visual storytelling.
