Yas Marina welcomes La Broche by Bocuse for an exclusive culinary pop-up during Race Weekend, celebrating the mastery, elegance, and heritage of one of France’s most iconic gastronomic houses. Running from 1 to 7 December 2025, this immersive dining experience brings the spirit of Lyon to the heart of Yas Marina during the city’s most anticipated and exhilarating week of motorsport.
Rooted in the savoir-faire of the late Chef Paul Bocuse, La Broche by Bocuse offers a refined rotisserie concept centred around its star ingredient: the world-famous Bresse chicken. Often regarded as the haute couture of poultry, the Bresse chicken is cherished for its rarity, exceptional flavour, and impeccable quality. At La Broche by Bocuse, it will be roasted to perfection and carved tableside, turning each service into an elegant culinary ceremony.
During the Race Weekend, guests will enjoy live cooking and carving of the Bresse, alongside an exclusive art exhibition by renowned French artist Richard Orlinski. The experience will be further elevated by live dance performances and DJ sets on Saturday and Sunday evenings.
Located on level 2, building 1, Yas Marina, and open daily from 12 noon to midnight on Monday to Thursday, and until 2 AM on Friday to Sunday, the exclusive pop-up offers a set menu centred around the signature Bresse chicken, accompanied by a selection of beverage packages.
For those unable to book tables, a selection of dishes will be available for takeaway, allowing guests to savour the exceptional flavours of La Broche by Bocuse from the comfort of their own location.
Created especially for Abu Dhabi’s most vibrant week of the year, La Broche by Bocuse combines high gastronomy with the excitement of race weekend, making it one of the must-visit culinary highlights of Race Weekend 2025.
